Workshops

Our schedule has opened up so much since Erik has come home to work with us!  We are not so bound by time requirements and it has allowed us to be much more flexible with workshops and conferences. 

This year we have begun a tour schedule. This allows participants to come without the worry of setting up a conference.  We are open to visiting new areas.  It is our goal to bring Waldorf teachers to families when ever possible, bridging the gaps between at home and Waldorf school learning.  In 2008 we have done just that with a variety of conferences just for homeschoolers.

I am willing to work with small groups or large and happy to discuss a wide range of topics including but not limited to: an introduction to Waldorf, bringing the Waldorf school atmosphere home, homeschooling verses school at home, setting up your home, rhythm, working through the curriculum from a homeschooling standpoint, making your family size work for you (large or small), daily planning, handwork, starting a community cooperative, being a lone homeschooler in a sea of mainstream families, working with temperament at home, the logistics of a school day, children that have different needs like autism spectrum, ADD/HD, and that all important relationship with DAD!  We try to include fathers where we can, talking to them directly helps get them on board and looking for ways to help you!

If I am not scheduled to come to your city, email me, perhaps we can squeeze you in some place!  I am always willing to work with eager families and groups. We are willing to work with any size group you have.  Our fee is $750 plus travel and lodging, we are happy to stay with host families and we are also happy to drive if it is within a few states of us. If we need to fly, then I need to have Erik and Samuel with me. I work with host families to get the best deals on travel and lodging, we are happy to be flexible.
